Help modify @pk source patch

Hello, I have used the @pk source patch since Dastgir pk plugin isn't working on me.. Can anyone help me make modify the command line when using @pk? 

I wanted to make it @pk <on/off> features not only @pk only itself no Toggle ON / OFF..
