Help skill,buff effect gone when player re-login

Hello all,

I have a problem about skill,buff after player re-login the  effect has gone. I trying to change config file "sc_config.conf  Example in spolier" but it notworking. And I trying check "debuff_on_logout: 1" in file "status.conf" with out this line.
