Help with OS 64bits

Hello guys, well, I have a problem to run on windows operating system hexed 8 64bit whenever I click to open nothing happens, I can hear the sound error but nothing appears on the screen, anyone know what might be and how to fix it?

Have you compiled the server? (I can't guess any other solution with just this much information...)

The problem is not in the emulator, but the launcher.exe, I click to open but nothing opens.

I am using 64bit OS Windows 8 and everything works fine..
