Help with Professor Element change skill

With the professor's element change skills, it can't be dispelled using dispell skill. Using latest revision, any ideas? I need this to be solved as soon as possible. Thanks

have you tried sc_config.txt already?

Thank goodness that helped! but it was quite confusing though. But the correct SC for SA element change would be
 

SC_ARMOR_PROPERTY, 29

changed it to

SC_ARMOR_PROPERTY, 25
