hercules-10.sln? where is it?

Hercules-11.sln is not compatible with visual studio c++ 2010 

i can't download 2012 version beacuse my internet speed is slow and it will take me 1week to finish it

or does anyone knows how to compile hercules without the use of c++??

i'm using windows desktop

Please update your visual studio, it's sense less to use 6 years old compiler.
