Hercules.exe ( problem running it )

Hi guys.. i have problem running Hercules.exe..

it keeps on telling me this -> ( Hercules.exe has stopped working )

what is Hercules.exe? our repository has nothing that makes a 'Hercules.exe'

For the way it "suddenly" worked, do you remember what you did prior to it working? Moved it around? Edited couple of files? Deleted a few? Etc.

i run the hercules.exe as admin.. at first it didn't work..
