Hello friends

i have a pre-renewal server. i wan to implement renewal maps like bi frost, el dicaste , brasilis etc in my pre renewal server. can some 1 tell me how can i implement renewal monsters in my pre-renewal server? can anyone please help me on how can i solve this issue?

You can just use renewal mapcache in db/re/map_cache.dat as yours and you'll have all renewal maps on your servers.

For the mobs... Well, you can directly copy them to your pre-re folder, but problem is you'll have overpowered mobs compared to what your pre-renewal mechanics will be. There is no current balance solution for that unless you manually balance them, but you'll get no other way for it.
