Homunculus Autoskill

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to enable the Autoskill of Homunculus AI? I followed the guide here http://herc.ws/board/topic/3187-homunculus-ai-improvement/ but still not working. I tried to search online on how to do this but I have no luck finding a working guide. Please anyone help me for this one..
