Yes they are implemented , but as far i know it will give a update for them on December (Maybe) from Malu

I see, I have tested it and the skills aren't working. I mean, the skills can be casted but the effect isn't working. xD Looking forward to this. Thanks

Have they been updated as of yet? Our players are reporting them as bug reports saying they don't work.
