How can I free the mouse cursor from the game window?

as the title, my mouse cursor is locked in the gamewindow and i want it to be free.

i tried to search but still can not find the answer.

im using 20140416 client + NEMO pathcer (theres no any mouse option)

savedataOptionInfo.LUA

then changed :

OptionInfoList["LockMouse"] = 0

my LockMouse current =0 but then i changed MouseExclusive to 0 and it work
