How to determine AegisName for new gears?

What is done to determine the AegisName in new gears? Can be taken from accname in lua files?

Thanks for the reply Dastgir, but I wanted to know how is determined the AegisName for official items in general, not only for implement new gears, but also to know why are differences with rAthena in some cases.

I think there should be a meaning in having "Orc_Baby_Card_Card" instead of "Orc_Baby_Card", but I don't know what could it be.

Many of them are from Aegis(the name Official Servers used internally), however for new items, we don't have aegis, so that's just made similar to the name (and edited a little), such that 2 AegisName shouldn't conflict
