Which client you use? You can only edit it in 2014+ clients.Since that have lua files for it.

 
Well, you can change picture, but that's pretty much all you can change sadly.

 
Ok, I get it, I can only change the picture. So I would like to confirm that I can edit the map altogether if I switch to a hexed 2014+ as well as Dastgir friend told and where would I do this issue?

 
see the luafiles, "worldviewdata"
it is easy to edit these files
just read it
default_wink.png

in worldviewdata_list.lua you can edit the bmp files (the maps you can see)
in worldviewdata_language.lua you can edit the names en the map

in worldviewdata_table.lub you can edit the "boxes" and his "menu" in the map
