How to enable /who and /where

How do I enable /who and /where?

Slash commands like /sit work for players, and @where <name> works for GMs, but /where doesn't do anything.

If anyone else has this problem: The client chat had public logs disabled by default. Simply click chat settings in game and turn it on.
