How to make a timer?

On atcommand.c, i want to make a timer like this:

On use @reloadscript:

broadcast 1;(TIMER with 2 seconds)broadcast 2;...then it reload scripts...
I know how make broadcasts, but i need help to make the timer D=

Anyone can help? =)
