How to make custom item box

Hello all, based on the title. can someone give me a tutorial make a custom box ?

please. I really need it. Im never try. and dont know how to make it. please share to me if you have a tutorial. thx.

you can refer to   example   Old_Violet_Box(617) in item_db  and  item_group.conf
