how to unpack rgz file ?

I tried to unpack 2014-04-16aRagexe.rgz with winrar,

i got 2014-04-16aRagexe (without any extension).

I tried to rename it to 2014-04-16aRagexe.exe (just give it exe extension),

and patch it with Nemo, sadly it didn't work (got some error message).

How to get the properly file (2014-04-16aRagexe.exe) from rgz file?

have tried with RGZ_Tools, only got file named RO without any extension too.

thats RO file is only have about 2-3 MB size.

i think winrar result which is around 7 MB is closer to the properly result.
