HPM interface for run_script

So I was looking to move my Lua project to HPM and I noticed that run_script isn't part of the script interface. It'd be nice to have that already implemented since I want to have my lua mod not require any additional source edits to hercules which would make it easier to develop for and easier to install for the end-user.

the upcoming update for the HPM is about (days away) to rollout, I'll make sure to include this in it
