I need some Suggestions. I have my Server open now for 1week.

Can you Guys Suggest for a 99/70 server. and also this is only a 2-2 Job.

I want it a Classic Ragnarok.

I need a suggestion for Exp rate, Drop Rate,

I'd only suggest you to choose the rates you feel comfortable with. That'll help you manage your server much better.
