Increasing NPC Name Length

hi! as the title says, how do i increase npc name length to 40 or more. thanks!

#define NAME_LENGTH (40 + 1)

but i'am not sure client support for long name length

Thank you for your reply, but it seems the name for players will also affected if i increase it.
