Is sql files supported?

Hello, 

I had to redo my svn the other day and I always use sql files for mobs, items, and basically everything.  The server no long gives me the option for this.  Is there a way around to make it use the SQL again or do I have to convert my files to the conf files?

Convert it to conf file (or make a plugin to support SQL)

I would say convert to conf, since that guarantees that your changes won't be overwritten while updating...
