Which file do I need to edit in order to change the Ninja, Kagerou, and Oboro skills to their japanese names?

I think its in yourData.grf search for skilldesctable2

It's a Gibberish .lub file. I could convert a .lua to .lub, but I don't know how to read a .lub into .lua.
