I made a topic on this in mid 2014 about this.

However, ive learned that SUMMER2 may not have its own OPTION mask. Matter of fact, future costume outfits will likely not use them anymore according to some information I got and will instead use a status with a value to change your look. Similar to how ON_PUSH_CART and ALL_RIDING works. I can't share the data on it right now since im waitting for more of a confirm before releasing. Plus I don't know what client or higher is needed for it to work. Thats if itl work on kRO clients at all.
