How to lower the damage of asura and the given additional damage by enchant deadly poison buff. I want them to make 80% only.

 
you can edit their skill in battle.c. I'm not sure of the formula but it can be tweaked to lower the damage. The same with EDP

 
so you can either cap the damage with the mapflag, or if you want to lower the damage, in battle.c usually its the skillratio you want to tweak.

You can search for MO_EXTREMITYFIST to see some places to modify damage for example
