Kagerou Palette

Hello good night, I have a very strange problem, I can not do hexed recognize palettes Kagerou class, use some downloaded pallets on the net, that work well with all classes, but the Kagerou class and the Oboro not work at all ... could someone please help me? follow the attached image

Hexed: 02/10/2014
Emulator Version: Last available.

The colors work perfectly with all other classes, but do not work with the ninja classes, already downloaded several pallets and nothing works ...

I know this is old but I had the same issue googled and came here, fixed it myself by using other palettes from Kamishi's pack https://rathena.org/board/files/file/2436-32-kamishis-clothes-dyes-from-693-big-pack/

thought I'd post this in case anyone else had this issue later

To be clear this adds the missing palettes for Oboro/Rebellion/Kagerou
