Last Hit change to Dealt most damage

How can I change the behavior of the EMP. to check who DEALT THE MOST DAMAGE rather than who last hit the emp.

I tried changing the EMP to BOSS TYPE and it didn't work. Instead, after emp breaks the new respawn EMP walks likes a BOSS. LOL
