Low damage PVP is something wrong?

Hello, today I test all the job class in server using modded hercules files, As I test the skill damage its very low? for me.

My server also have Punching Bag also called damage test dummy with Demihuman setting on it.

    Size: "Size_Medium"
    Race: "RC_DemiHuman"
    Element: ("Ele_Neutral", 1)

I attach some screenshot of the damage difference from real character to dummy. Note that the Wizard has full equip, High Wizard Card, Necro Rod and Cards with 3pcs of +20 equipments...

If anyone can tell me, if this is normal?
