hello, may i know what is the name of the cash mount in kRO that lets mechanic remount in Mado suit?

 
what do you mean by this? see this article about Madogear

you can unmount madogear by clicking off in Equipment Window..

i have seen a thread in warpportal that there is a cash shop item in kro that let someone remount mado in field. some sort of halter lead or something?

I don't think so, maybe a custom item will do

you can add it on your own, add this in  your custom item

OnEquipScript: <" if( getskilllv(2255) && ( BaseJob == Job_Mechanic || Job_Mechanic_T || Job_Baby_Mechanic ) ) setmadogear; "> OnUnequipScript: <" setmadogear 0; ">
this script will check if you have Mado License and if your job is Mechanic
