Modification in fee rate of vending skill

How can i modify the fee rate of vending skill to be recorded in an sql table?

doesnt need to do the code, i wanna know just where can I find it to modify

I would think that you are looking for the vending_tax setting in conf/battle/items.conf

i talking about it, but i want to record that tax in sql (the amount that was collected)
