Monster Generator?

I knew it exists somewhere but I couldn't find it. It's a Generator where you can into Monsters' stats and it will turn it into a script that can just be pasted to your mob_db

If anyone knows where I can locate it, would you please point me to it?

use Server Database Editor from Download Section of Hercules.
