Moon Star Costume Error

How to fix this error? Everytime I character select after I equip the moon star costume I always got error and i can't login my account, evcen when I view it to costume tab i've got error. but I can see it when I equipt. I think the problem is the effect because If i use effect off the item can't see then effect on to see it again.

Anyone have the same problem?

maybe you are missing some files. try to disable viewID for a min time for checking

as well as in world star if you are experiencing the same issue
