how can i create .mcache for this maps

"epay_dun00l",
    "epay_dun00m",
    "epay_dun00h",
    "egef_dun03l",
    "egef_dun03m",
    "egef_dun03h",
    "emos_dun02h",

i want to use it for the gramp quest...can anyone revise the steps on creating mcache files bcoz i cant understand the process
