Need RSU patcher instead of Thor Patcher - Willing to pay

I just need a simple patcher to be use in a live server like the official RO used to patch. RSU patcher is the closer one isnt it? but i don't know how to do it xD! *noob*

anyone can help me with this? give me a tutorial or make it easier to understand? willing to pay~
