Hi, I am new to this board I always wanted to create my own ragnarok server but I'm still not so sure who can host the server or any advice.

Here is a fact can pay money on time.

Looking for some teams to make it happen customs everything taking care of my new server( after discussion which hosting is the best)

Can pay monthly service but must bring what you can do.

Advice and advertise my server to make my server famous .

This is not a scam but it's my wish.

Making my server a donation where as customs items just too look nice on players with not much special effect to control the balance of the server.

There is more money is no problem for me if you are interest please leave post or direct message me thank you. That what service you can bring I can do anytime well the best is as soon as possible. Than you a good job opportunity for all best of luck.

A summary of above who cannot understand:

He wants to recruit some staff for his server, staff includes advertiser, developer, content writer.

He can pay for Hosting and (probably) developing service.

He wants to make a server with donation (donation items would be mostly decorative items)

 
So you basically you want to be involved in the creative process of a server's creation and you are willing to back the whole thing financially?

Good luck. May not be my place to say this, but be careful of any leeches out there looking to take advantage of you.
