Why nemo patch cause error although in the website tell the patch allowed success?

I am can use a normal ragexe in the emulator with ENABLE_PACKETVER_ZERO enabled?

Someone recommend a ragexe stable and data files please? Thanks.

look like you using not client exe, but script for download client.

Try read instruction how to get client exe what you selected.

Resolved.

my problem was that I was running the python command line in the Windows CMD, but just running the .py file. My stupidity.
