New browedit discord

I would just like to Clarify: Borf has most definitely not given up on Browedit, the original Browedit Discord is still active and helpful, and you were most definitely not in charge of anything to make "changes in the staff". You were under a warning from the Browedit Discord mods for extremely obnoxious behavior, occasional disrespectful attitude and countless unnecessary @ mentions, and are no longer in the group (whether kicked or you left on your own).

While it is up to you in the end, I personally do not recommend developing Browedit separately because people who don't keep up with Browedit news might end up screwing up their files or bugging their maps if they happen to merge or otherwise incorrectly use both Borf's Browedit along with the one you're editing.
