I found this while I was browsing. I'm not sure if this is real tho. 

I tried messaging the designer who did this to ask about his work but no reply from him.

If there is anyone who can do this, please let me know!

Wow this looks like a pretty awesome UI for ragnarok o-o. Didnt know you could actually change certain things (i.e. the NPC Dialogue, character information with your job image, and like the chat area.

Is this stuff solely the textures or is this also with a modified client?

I think this is photoshoped because one thing i notice about this picture the map is wrong because you are in prontera but your map is splendide.

not to mention the chat window being translucent - BMP images dont allow that (unless they figured out how to use a tga file instead of the bmp)  

Its only #FF00FF = 100% transparent rest all 100% opaque.
