I just saw this somewhere, Can someone do this? Would be good to see a new and fresh look UI in ragnarok.

Possibly you saw at deviantart.

And there's been topic about this almost a year ago or so.. And the conclusion was this was fan made pic and not really improved client or ui or whatsoever...

Possible if you code your own client, which nobody has done yet...You could try use robrowser and modify it accordingly though...

There's no other open source client available..

 
Well, It looks cool. I think if someone is brave enough and has enough resources and can code/script his own client and make an RO v1.5  it can theoretically revive the slowly withering population of ragnarok players worldwide, New contents. Even new job monsters maps. An official International server for everyone.

Tbh, no one would do that, unless one is considering for whole new game...Since if he just makes client, he's still been going into illegal issues, for using gravity files and other issues... So that would keep them away...

Also, client is big enough and its not a job of one man.

 
I remember back then in rAthena there was some people developing a custom client. Cant remember what the project called tho.

They revamped the UI as well.
