No Buff when you die

how can i clear a buff from a consumable item when you die
basically buffs gone when you die
 
from this kinda script..

cant find sc_config.txt on there so maybe theres a different way

I'm afraid that, in this case, I'm not of use since I think these values were previously hardcoded.
