Not Adding Defense on Upgraded Armors

Hi, im using Pre-RE and i change the Max_REFINE on status.h to +20

my problem now is i noticed that when i upgrade my armor to +15 even +10 i dont see any changes or additions on my Defense,

i tried also to copy the re/refine_db.txt and paste it to pre-re/refine_db.txt and use @reloadscript and still the there's no changes on my defense

 
its working now i just restart my server i guess reloadingscript or itemdb wont do..
