NPC that will talk using BGM ~anyone?

Good day, does anyone has NPC that will talk using BGM,?. .

Example: STYLIST" HELLO GOOD DAY", it will talk sounds not in game . .

A lot trouble for little profit  IMO...

I Actively played RO 2004-2008 in my school years

After few days I turned off BGM

After few months I turned off SFX

That's probably what most players do anyways...

soundeffect script command can help you here. It plays .wav files in your GRF.
