Pre Renewal Max Level Change

Good Day Everyone.

I'm having difficulties in changing the max level of my pre renewal server setup.

I already tried to change  src/map/map.h #define MAX_LEVEL (from 99 to 1000) but still nothing happens.

Tried to edit conf/battle/player.txt as well, however i always have same result. 

I'd be more than happy to learn more from you.

i changed

Base - Trans Jobs 99 to 1000

changed src/map/battle.c (max_lv       99) to (max_lv          999) it worked. thanks for asnwering my question.
