[Problem with custom weapon] Does not equip on novice.

Hello guys! 

I got some problems here with my custom weapon, I'm trying to add some custom weapon for super novice and it was simple at the begginin, but now i dont know what to do. 

Assuming that its all correct with my sprite folder, equip_job is set to 1, (also when i set it to 4294967295  i got the same problem,  but can equip it with any other class)
