I too believe its not something the kRO client supports, this feature seems to be just like the storage password pad

 
Looks like it, but its only in the sakray data right now. I added it to my data and tried it with a 2015-05-13Ragexe client and it didn't send a packet like the first cart decorate does. Wonder if a newer client will be needed once its officially in the main server?

 
I think they already added it on 2015-08-26bRagexe.

Even if I give, its unusable because it have GameGuard.@@Neo when you making patch for it ? /sob

Hello dude, i got error about this skill 2544 cart decoration skill of merchant and his evolve. im using 2013 08 07 client. 

I'm thinking about LUA files error but i dont know how to fix or add the new skill bmp. I dont have source. Anyone can help me ? skill 2544 / cart decoration / changecart2

Your client might be too old to support the skill. Try using a newer client and see if it works.
