1. Right click your folder -> Git Commit -> "master"

2. (optional) type the log message

3. Hit 'OK'

can i use tortoise svn? i haveing a hard time using git i dont get it

Doing what Thanna said is quite easy and should work.

You can also use SVN for getting Hercules, however, SVN support from Git repositories is very limited. You can checkout from this address:

http://svn.github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules.git
