Question rAthena files and hercules files

Hi developers of hercules im having a little mind question. is hercules capable of using rA files such as Custom Scripts, Custom Mobs, Maps, Items? im planning on chaging or using another emu and it is hercules i wonder if its same as rA. And i have a little readings about the new chages here like new structures and the plugins. i wonder if i can edit the source codes and at the same time i can you the plugin that only hercules has? im new at hercules and im working around on it.

The scripts and source codes are almost exactly the same with rAthena, the only difference is the features that Hercules has that rAthena doesn't have and vice versa..
