[Question] what kind of panel or source code is this?

I see they use a regular website that could be made by/for themselves, plus FluxCP for the actual control panel...

True. Also noting that by inspecting the webpage's element, wordpress is stated in it. If its at least credited in the code its still fine... however, they're not properly credited in the code... just a plugin that mentions wordpress.
