Quick Question about Kagerou & Oboro

Is it possible to change max stats to 130 instead of 125 with source editing? or it is a client limitation that needs to be hex?

in conf/battle/player.conf

max_extended_parameter: 125

Ohw I don't have this in my player.conf

When this was added? Maybe I need to add some source edit?
