1. The highest armor refine allowed is 10
2. If you entering the map using equips more than +10 all +11 to +20 equips will be nerfed and the effected will be the same as +10
3. Weapons and armor can have different limitations (lets say for weapons +15 is allowed and for armor +10 is allowed)
