[Re-Implement] IRC System

From what I understand a new chat system is planned for development, however, I'm not 100% certain if it will include IRC capabilities. I assume it will, but please don't quote me on that.

 
@Ind, You already implemented the Channel System, so this topic will now disregarded? or still pending for implementation?

 
Well, the IRC is different than the new channel system Ind created. Then again, I think the new channel system is better than the IRC feature.

 
has not been disregarded, we still have a topic in dev forum discussing this -- and if added, it can be integrated with the channel system

 
I honestly didn't even know they took out the IRC system...that's a shame. It was such a lovely feature. I think it should be in @_@;.

 
It'll be nice to have this system.

If the in game chat could be connected to irc, people could chat with online players even if they're not using a pc, because irc is accesible from everywhere.

For example: Java and android cellphone

We'll be implementing this (I have one already coded from my last server, should not take long to adapt it to Hercules)
