The Rebellion is compatible with any hexed or only works in 2014?

good'm actually using the rAthena, but I downloaded a version of Hercules however it still fails with the rebellion, does not appear the skills nor the sprite class.

rebellion skills are not added into hercules yet, and make sure that your client is 2013+ to view its sprite
